We offer reduced rates for NMAEMP members and encourage all attendees to take advantage of early registration pricing. Payment can be made by credit card or purchase order.

Standard Registration (after July 4, 2026)

Full Symposium – Member: $175

Late Registration (after September 29, 2026)

Full Symposium – Member: $225
Full Symposium – Non-Member: $275

Speaker

Speaker – Full Symposium: $75
Speaker – Single Day: $40

What's Included?

Full registration includes access to all general and breakout sessions, the EXPO, and symposium materials. Meals and snacks during conference hours are also provided.

Pre-symposium training courses on Monday, October 19, are optional and may require separate registration.

How to Register

Registration is hosted through WHOVA, which also powers our mobile app for the symposium. The app will provide real-time access to the agenda, speaker bios, EXPO map, and session materials during the event. You’ll be able to select your registration type and indicate payment method (credit card or purchase order).
